How do I make an appointment at the salon?
There are two ways to book an appointment:

- Call us 815-609-6500 to book by phone.
We suggest making appointments in advance however, we do accept walk-ins. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We regret if you are running late, we may not be able to service you or give you the proper experience.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal check, and cash.
Certificates are non-refundable. Products or accessories may be returned for replacement or salon credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.
Gratuity is not included in pricing for stylists or shampoo assistants.
What is your salon etiquette policy?

To maintain the serenity of our salon experience, we ask that you please turn off or switch your cellular phone to vibrate upon arrival.
Children:
In order to ensure the proper experience for all clients and staff, children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Courtesy confirmation calls will done upon client request only, 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.
