Giovanni Rizzo
The youngest member to be inducted into Hair America, Giovanni has competed, won many awards and taught at events worldwide. Believing that learning is still important, Giovanni continues to attend classes at national conventions and has attended and taught at trend workshops with many affiliates. He has been featured in national trade magazines such as American Salon and Modern Salon, as well as being brought as a celebrity stylist to many of the 50 states, including California, where he worked pre-red-carpet for many prestigious awards shows and three consecutive years backstage at the Grammy Awards.

Marty Rizzo
In addition to providing excellent styling to all his customers, Marty is known as a leader in the styling industry and has competed, taught and developed curricula for various institutes. Providing world-class styling, Marty has many customers who return to him month after month, year after year and always provides them with the highest level of care, attention and styling. Marty has over 100 trophies and awards from his many years in competition and, due to his commitment to excellence, he was chosen as a judge for the 2008 Olympics in Hairdressing.

Nicole Rajski
The Aveda Alum, creates cutting edge hair design and is current on new trends and styles. She enjoys customizing color to fit her client's needs and desires. Nicole possesses excellent client relation skills and is a great listener. She has taken classes from world renowned stylist and continues to educate herself.

Debbi Olle
Debbi has been a creative artist in the industry for 18 years. During that time she has owned and operated her own successful salon. She is always attending trend classes as well as workshops to make sure she is on the cutting edge of the hair industry mastering her craft. Debbi is not only an educated artist, but is also a proud mom of two beautiful girls.

Marisa Kiley
Marisa Kiley has been in the industry since her first haircut on the infamous "Barbi". Marisa comes to Salon Giovanni with experience in management at a well-known salon chain as well as experience behind the chair. She was looking for more in her career, and found that Salon Giovanni will spring board her to new heights. She was immediately drawn to the organic and environmentally-aware practices of Salon Giovanni. Her specialty has been color and highlights and wants to sharpen her skills, "to be the best you must learn from the best." Marisa has a B.A. in business which gives her a unique approach to the industry. Being a celiac's patient, Marisa has dedicated herself to the research and selection of products for other celiacs as well. Marisa is passionate about being able to service other celiacs and gluten-free clients. She also comes to the salon with a family of two kids and a part time hobby of overfeeding everyone at dinner parties.

Allina Macko - Salon Manager/Make-up artist
Allina trained with world champion trainer Andrea Turrisi. She also uses techniques of world renowned Artist Kevyn Aucoin. Allina has experience doing make-up for photo shoots, brides, wedding parties, proms and many other occasions. Allina also has her B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Not only has Allina grown up in the industry, but she also worked as a mental health counselor in Naperville for four years before transitioning back to Salon Giovanni.
