

Appointments
To make an appointment you may call the salon directly. We suggest
making appointments in advance however, we do accept walk-ins. For your
appointment please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled
appointment time. Please note that your scheduled time is your appointment
time. We regret if you are running late, we may not be able to service
you or give you the proper experience.
Cellular Phone/Beeper
To maintain the serenity of our salon experience, we ask that you please
turn off or switch your cellular phone/beeper to vibrate upon arrival.
Payment
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal
check, and cash.
Refunds, Gift Certificates and Products
Certificates are non-refundable. Products or accessories may be returned
for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30
days.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in pricing for stylists or shampoo assistants.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. **A courtesy confirmation
call can be made upon request 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.**
